Paula Mercer,
MEd, RCIC
My passion is to provide exemplary service to those interested in settling in Atlantic Canada. I’ve spent the last 20 years providing immigration advice through my roles in international education and in July 2013, became a Registered Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) to expand my work. I can provide you with exceptional advice regarding immigration programs and also the larger picture of education, labour market, and real estate.
After spending some time away, I chose to settle in Nova Scotia myself recognizing the exceptional quality of life we have here. I earned a Masters of Education in 2005 and worked in post-secondary education, most recently as the Associate Vice-President Student Experience at Mount Saint Vincent University in Halifax.
